Untill now, the biggest part of my work has been the reverse painting on glass, but this does not mean that I don't have other type of work by same artist. So many mediums in art interest me, and it's always a challenge to try something new.

The class was fun, but very small. This may have been a benifit, though, as the instructor was more able to offer one on one assistance to the students. She even had the time to work on a painting of her own during the class, and it was fascinating to watch. When the same class became available the following year, of course I signed up for it again! Who could resist? Not I!
Would I do it again this year you ask...definatly.

It was early on that I decided that the bulk of my work in art was going to be on glass, so there would have to be time devoted to it every day, except weekends. On occasion, I've been known to slip in some work on the weekend too, but I've been faithful to my paintg on glass, and never neglect it on a weeknight. Other work must always happen during free time.
After reading a monthly issue of "Artist" magazine, I tried an other work same artist. This is called the 'monotype'. After repeatewd non sucess, something really clicked, and it seemed to be worth looking at! Definatly got me going.

This was starting to become really FUN, so I ran with it. There was paint all over the place.

Wouldn't any sane person have done the same? But, alas, time does have a way of going on, autumn came, and there were no more leaves, flowers, or other growing things to work with. The up side of this is that there will now be time to get my camera out, and play with it!
