Flowers in Art

Flowers in art is a statement in itself. What could be more inspiring to a painter than something as beautiful as flowers? Even if they had no form, one could at least begin with the natural colors alone! Even though tulip paintings would be magnificent, a wild daisy, or even Indian Paintbrush are just so pretty!

There is a display of art in Rome, New York, that included some of my work about life in the undergrowth. This display is primarily for the insect life, but does include flowers. My own work is done in reverse painting on glass, and I am much more into the flowers than the other things, but they're beautiful too.

The paintings you see on this site are all done with my own right ( most of the time ) hand. You probably had not expected to see a spider in here, but think about how hard she worked all night to create this!

Why don't you just go to my home page from Flowers in Art, to see what's happening?
