Adirondack-Photography

go to fall-folliage

adirondack-photography is something that a person could get lost in! I seriously doubt that I am the first to have snapped the shutter on my camera thirty times or more in less than a ten mile stretch to take photos of upstate New York! Maybe today, October 18, 08 is the reason that I live in central New York! The farenhieght went up to 72, some clouds moved in during the afternoon. That was allright too. But you don't even need to be happy. It was a perfect day! Does it get any better?

These 8" x 10" photographs are for sale at the price of 5$ each or $4.50 each in lots of five.

My oldest daughter and her husband and the two boys were on their Labor Day get away. Now, I've always been a big fan of the Adirondacks, and of photography, so why not combine the two, and make some Adirondack Photography! I thought it sounded GREAT, so as usual, I ran with it! This type of thing sometimes gets me in trouble, but what the hey? Fortunatly, it didn"t this time. At least not yet.

Last year on Labor Day weekend, when they went up to the camp at Big Moose, It was cool and rainy. Much too cool and rainy. My younger grandson, Jake decided to go to his Aunt Amanda's on Sunday night. So he missed the train ride on the Adirondack Express.

But this year, the weather was perfect! It was Jacob's second time around on the train tour, and being my oldest grand son, I naturally trusted him to show us the ropes!

We were in the mountains, on the Fulton Chain. We rode the train from Big Moose to Otter Lake! It was so very beautiful!

The only word that I can use to describe it is breathtaking! So naturally, I had to take some adirondack-photography, and here they are! If you ever have the opportunity, and want to see some of the most beautiful land in the continental United States, jump on it! I did!
